pumping and breastfeeding 🤱 my little one really isn’t easy. any mamas have advice !?

@ju.bro.mums, yes! Do that Ive been cramping and I usually get mine 5 weeks pp I mean idk about this time but hopefully that’s the issue

@mimimommyof2, i also started taking pills that help my milk supply. hopefully they start to work. even tho i do want to eventually feed baby on breast soon.

@mimimommyof2, i think so too. it does sound like a reasonable explication but idk for me might just be my period 😞 i soo didnt miss it . that actually might be my problem too the water intake: ill try and change that ... it does make sense. am i getting this right? pump the breast the baby is not feeding on while he feeds.. correct ?

That recently started happening to me I think I’m getting my period lol or maybe I’m exhausting my body and not realizing but I did notice my water intake is low and I need to fix that even when you’re feeding him on breast try to pump the other boob make your body produce the extra milk you can trick it into thinking you need the extra by pumping more for less time if that make sense

@mimimommyof2, i had a schedule but it wasnt working to good since im breastfeeding him all day about every two hours i barely have milk when i pump and its just starting to bother. idk what to do 😫

I do the same as well it’s good to have some schedule that your comfortable with
