My boss and his wife recently lost their daughter who was 1 month old....I’m heartbroken for them and stuck on if there’s anything I could say or do for them or just give them their time and space?

@lost.sock.thief, As of right now they are with her parents, they don’t want to go home and I can’t say I blame them. Don’t wanna pester too much and get in the way of family healing since their daughter passed on Friday and they have a two year old on top of it

Send flowers
Bake casseroles and take them some meals this is a hard time for her I’m sure she doesn’t want to be cooking
Also try putting everything you take over here in something disposable I’m sure she wouldn’t want to do dishes either
