I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I work as a CSR for dominos, part time, minimum wage. I only work night shift A: because I don't have a babysitter​ and can't afford a daycare and B: because of my husband's hours. I have been wanting better opportunities. Well every since I started at Domino's 3 years ago I have constantly been offered management position. I have been at 2 different locations and it keeps getting offered. I talked to my manager last night he said when it comes to management position for me I could set those hours as I wanted and work the rest as a CSR. My issue is I'd have to be available day shift and I'm currently not. I'd be making more money and get more hours. But I also don't want to throw all my checks into a daycare. I don't trust fb sites to find sitters and don't know really anyone where we live to watch the kids. I don't know what to do. I'd love more hours and more money, but don't want more money if it means I throw it all to someone just to watch my kids and then I'm out all the extra money. What would you do?
