Well they don't get your exact address, they just know they are in the same city. Have you already set up your account? Once you do that you just start swiping. If you think you could be friends with someone you swipe their picture up. If you don't think you could be friends with someone you swipe down. If you swipe up on someone and they also swipe up on you then you can talk to them. I just swipe up on everybody because you never know who you might become best friends with! Lol
