Another question i been having terrible issuses with my back since epidural this time anything i can do to help it? Im afraid my back is ruined

@sweetpea6 not that kind😥 but I did have pain and my back was having back spasms
@vicky810 was as fo where you screamed in pain trying to walk pr fell down i also just feel weak
Also use a heating pad or put a sock with rice in it in the microwave
I did fine with my first epidural and now this time my back is killing me, and I've been having horrible head aches 😣 I haven't found anything to relieve the pain!
My back has been bothering since getting the epidural too. If I sit a certain way to long and stand up and move around it's really sore
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
