@myboys1962, so am I lol before during an even a little after pregnancy I’m still a little heavy set. They say it just helps lower the baby into the area for labor an could cause people to go into labor.

This may sound weird an I know it’s probably extremely cold, but go for about a 20 minute walk and do wall squats. That’s literally how I went into labor was from excercisinf
