Serious question I'm a first-time mom to put that out there

I woke up from a nap with my baby that I am exclusively breast-feeding around our ago and when I woke up I had a fever of 100 .8 then hour later i check my fever again just now and I have 101.3 so I'm trying to figure out what I should do my baby as you can see baby is only one month.... my husbands at work and I don't want to get my baby sick he doesn't have a fever right now but I don't know what's going on with me also severe headache as well as achy ness but that comes with any fever

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
