My back is burning. It hurts so much. Still recovering in the hospital after my c section. Does anyone know any comfortable sleeping positions ? Because laying on my back hurts so much. Can I lay on my side with a horizontal incesion ?

I had a c section and laying on my right side with a pillow was the safest way to sleep @babyymomma13, she’s right 😃
My dr said as long as I was comfortable and not in pain I was fine.
@babyymomma13 right after your surgery ? Is it safe ? Like we won't bust open our stiches?
I would lay in my right side and like kinda lean back on a pillow

What point during pregnancy are you not suppose to sleep on your back? I'm almost 26 weeks but laying on my back is so much more comfortable then on my side.
@lexitorres913, the nurses in the hospital let me use a pillow behind me and a pillow slightly under my tummy kinda like my tummy was resting on the pillow and between my legs
