You’ll be sore the first three days for sure but just focus on that one week mark. You’ll feel so much better!!! And listen to the nurses, when they tell you to walk, walk!!!! The more you gently move your body, and don’t stay still for too long, the quicker your recovery time! 😁😍 also don’t say no to the pain meds 😉 they know what they are doing, and you are so strong
