So recently my daughter will fall sleep and then get really fussy until she ends up waking herself up. She's only sleeping for a hour. She's awake for an hour and only sleeps for a hour. Why is this???
I know I'm not the only one that is up and can't sleep.... who else is up and can't sleep because of whatever reason ????!!!!

Breast fed babies and sleep Does anyone's baby that's ebf sleep through the night?? Mine will only sleep 4-5 hours then is up every 2-3 until morning. Then he will only nap for like 30 min total during the day. I'm so tired ?

like it's so hard to get her to sleep and keep her asleep because she keeping wiggling up her body and fussing around.

You take her legs and move them as if she were peddling a bike.. YouTube baby tummy rub to helps alleviate gas and constipation too @mikaylanichol101

You can give her gripe water just a tad bit.. But really try to burp her really well after feedings like get a couple out and sometimes they give a nice large one too 🤞.. @mikaylanichol101

Thank you I only use the gripe water when her stomach really hurts. I'll definitely try the bicycle kicks.
