28 weeks today! Any third trimester advice?

Icy hot spray for the back. I'm telling you, there are things they do not tell you. Like how you can get contractions..and not even be your due date. Braxton Hicks I believe. Also..more pillows!

My biggest regret was not deep cleaning until I was so big that I was exhausted after 5 minutes. 😭

I know it’s hard, BUT SLEEEEPP. You’ll be so sleep deprived once your baby comes. It’s wonderful, but exhausting

Enjoy it and take you some me time before baby comes .
