Do you ladies feel like you were prepared (financially,emotionally etc) when you got pregnant or do you feel like you took it a day at a time? I personally feel like no matter how prepared I am,I will never be content (currently TTC)

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Did your DH /SO help you prepare for labor? I feel like the whole point of having a DH is that they are there for you, that they help you prepare. They help you learn new breathing techniques. They give you massages. They read the books. They believe in you.

I love the saying you are never prepared enough to have a kid lol. We deff wernt ready but being pregnant anf having a baby kicks yur butt in high gear for sure

I agree with caseysmom. You def are never fully ready or prepared but once baby comes as long as you got what u need as well as baby it's worth it.

I’m young & for sure wasn’t ready for a baby in anyway but now have our own place, pay our own bills & work our ass off everyday to make sure our son has what he needs . I think you can be ready money wise maybe but emotionally NOOO postpartum kicked my butt . You just never know what’s going to happen. I think the most important thing that helped me was a support system not someone to babysit but someone to show me how or tell me little tricks or help when you have pee in your face and poop coming out on the bed lol

@abelsmama16, I am currently trying to conceive my first child. I have PCOS and endometriosis. Everyone looks at me like I’m nuts when I tell them I am TTC. It’s always “you’re too young” or “you’re not prepared” I just roll my eyes and go on lol
