I am about to start potty training my daughter. She is my first child, so is there one type of "potty chair" that's better than others? Or does it just not matter with something like this? Help! Lol

I have the same potty as @shanabanana but my son also picked it out a month before I got it like @mommiesaremagical14 said take her and let her decide it might help her train bettet

When we started potty training I let my DD pick out the things that she liked. I let her pick out the potty seat she wanted and the underwear that she liked.

Every child has their own preference. My son loved his kid potty my daughter wants to sit on the real one.

I am determined and driven for success FAILURE isn't an option for me. I potty trained my oldest at 9 months old. My 2 middle son's were more difficult they were between 18 months and 2 years old. My baby boy was showing interest in potty training, I decided to buy him a potty chair. Potty training tips 1.) Don't rush your child 2.)Don't yell at your child 3.) Don't punish your child for having accidents 4.) Don't give you child candy 5.) Don't compare other children to your child 6.) Do praise your child 7.) Clap your hands when your child goes to the potty. 8.)Take your child every 15-30 minutes to the potty 9.)Don't criticize your child 10.) I don't recommend pull ups but I don't bash mothers who decided to use them. 11.) Remember potty training is not taught in one day you have to be determined to potty train your child.
