Coconut oil is literally better than any nipple cream I’ve used. My nipples got to the point where they bled the first couple of months (I exclusively breastfeed my babies), and coconut oil saved my life lol. I recommend that before any nipple cream honestly.

I would 100% say yes at least for the first month. It helps SO much. I haven't used it in a few weeks now though because my nipples have gotten tougher.
