@nikki08, I know exactly what you mean! I felt the same way when I first thought of making one and my channel is family based and what really motivated me was my daughter I just kept telling myself “I want to have videos to look back on.” And so one day I just started recording and then I edit and posted it and I was SO nervous because I’m from a small town and people can be mean but I thought “who cares what people think this is for me and my family” and now I make them a lot more and I’m so much more comfortable and happy that I have decided to make YouTube videos
