Don't mind my child face cause she was eating but she fell and hit her head you can tell she has a bump but she acting normal and is letting me put ice on it I don't think I need to take her to E.R. but is there any advice to help the pain or to look for?

If she's acting odd, throwing up, extra sleepy, is complaining of pain, or the spot sinks in then take her in. Otherwise she will be fine and probably forgot about it by now lol.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
