So im constantly hungry my belly has gone down but im afraid if i keep eating as much as i do it will be back im breastfeeding so i think thats why i have such a huge appetite! Any suggestions?

@sweetpea6, you will I'm sure. I just pushed myself. I've researched the benefits and I honestly want to pump even after she weans. It's gotten rid of her rashes and it's kept her from getting sick (my dr believes) all this time. It's so beneficial. I just want to keep my milk. Lol
@sweetpea6, me too. At first I dropped 42 lbs and I've put it back on. 😒 I'm miserable. I'm going to start using my bike to burn more calories. I think she'll be done breastfeeding soon. She's slowly eating less and less. She's almost a year old

I had and still have the same problem. My dr told me that breastfeeding is like running a marathon sometimes we just burn calories. He said to just make better choices on what I eat.
@sweetpea6 just keep breastfeeding. I mean you gotta eat when you're hungry. Your body is working over time cuz everything it takes in is turning it into nutrients for the baby to have too. Just exercise on top of breastfeeding.
I suggest eat healthy snacks. Even moms that don't breast feed have an appetite after birth because of the hormones.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
