Anyone else struggling with eating more? 1. I am not a big eater. 2. Nausea doesn't help that. 3. Hearing about everyone on their diet and exercise regimen makes me miss having that disciplined focus on fitness. I also don't want to gain excess weight with this pregnancy. I feel like I need a good plan to follow, so I can maintain a good balance, so I don't under eat or over eat.

I don't have an appetite either. I actually eat less now than I did before I got pregnant. Not because I want it like that.... this pregnancy has just been sooo different. I was actually looking forward to indulging in ice cream and cake. But this baby does not like sweets at all! 😥

Just eat to thirst and hunger. Its okay if you go a little overboard sometimes. I was super regimented in the gym before and during pregnancy. I got anxiety about it sometimes but I still gained a little over 35lbs. Don't worry about the scale weight either because it doesn't tell you anything! Breastfeeding has really taken the weight off. Enjoy your pregnancy!

Just eat healthy so the baby has the proper nutrition. I would drink 1 or 2 ensures a day cause I had morning sickness until 27 weeks so that was about the only thing i could keep down.

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!

Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??
