Why do some mommas don’t like being induced?

@kiyalovingmines when i got induced with my first child i wasn't in pain neither and i didn't have to take anything for pain cause my contrations didn't bother me but im like u i guess different ppl 🤷‍♀️

I've got induced and I wasn't an any pain 😕 may be different people feel different idk

Painful, lasts longer, can end up in a c section, baby's heart rate can be abnormal from it, etc. Next time I want my baby to come on their own for sure!!

It’s more painful,it lasts longer,and I didn’t like the fact that my water didn’t break on it’s own lol

@odajeffers2 just some of the methods people use, like castor oil which has actually been proven to harm some babies or when they induce their own labor because they think they're in too much pain or too uncomfortable, there's not a lot of posts about it now but sometimes you'll see someone whos only 35 or 36 weeks posting about taking castor oil or something to bring contractions on because they "want the baby out now" I just think people need to let the baby come on its own unless your doctor says otherwise

@odajeffers2 I'm guessing you meant to say you wasn't talking about inducing labor on your own and I know that I was just saying that's the only time I have a real problem with it.

@odajeffers2, no pain is like 10fold of course it's bad but it got a lot worse once they induced me

It also takes longer and apparently there's more risks with it, I mostly have a problem with women trying to induce labor themselves with ways other than walking more or having sex, if a doctors monitoring you and they say its necessary then I'd go with it.

@izzytastic, same I had to be induced with my first daughter and now I have to be induced again it's the worst pain ever I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy 🤦🏽‍♀️

It's more painful in my opinion
