Throwing up blood and work won’t let me go home

You definitely need to leave. That's usually my normal. They have no right to keep you there.

Is it a lot of blood or a little pinkish color mixed with your throw up? Either way you need to call your doctor but if its just a little it might just be from your throat from throwing up so much, that's what happens to me anyway. But whatever the case they should be considerate and let you leave.
