A little bit of ketchup and BAM!heartburn!!! 😐😥😥

I ended up taking some Pepcid. Feels so much better but they say heartburn means a lot of hair and at the rate I’m going my daughter is gonna have a fro when she’s born 😂😂

I get heartburn from water now 😂

I had to end up on medication cause I have the worst acid reflux . My chest was on fire
