Any other ladys dealing with or delt with gestational hypertension and or preeclampsia? Trying to help my blood pressure…

I’d never heard to take aspirin with my Prenatal’s with any of my other pregnancies but I looked it up and that’s what it says helps. For how long 🤷🏽‍♀️. My husband doesn’t want me doing that though.

@kandbh922 ive apparently hit a point where im not even weekly its apparently so bad now that he dont even wanna risk it.

@pipelinemama trying my hardest to drink a good amount but sadly i cant keep anything down anymore not even water hardly....

I had high blood pressure while pregnant, besides avoiding sodium try and increase your water intake to flush your system and eat potassium rich foods too.

I am being treated for it as well. Now that i have an OB who knows what hes doing, i see him every weeks. Ultrasound is scheduled for next tuesday and i see him every thursday

@maloaug they honestly scare me cuz i have a general idea of what gettin cut open feels like an oh my was it bad. That an recovery to... But i gotta remind my self its safer for baby and me that way

@colombianprincess sucks seem like these meds dont want to really work. And im so nausea's an getting sick that im starting to think not enough meds stay in my system to work.

@queenbadu and thank you doll i know baby will be ok im only 3 weeks an 5 days away from my due date so. Just abit worried if it suddenly gets worse an air an blood flow get compromised ya know.

I cant help but worry my sister had it with my nephew an he was 2 ina half months early and both where in serious trouble.

Yeah I had three csections bc of it. I’m scheduled for one this time also.

My mom had preeclampsia with me & had me 2 months early . So that’s just to make you feel better your baby will be fine and so will you just believe that .

They couldn’t get my blood pressure down and we tried everything. I was in the high risk unit for 10 days trying to lower it. At that point, the only option left was to have the baby. I delivered at 29weeks and my blood pressure instantly got better. @airyannarose,

@maloaug hmm thats strange asprin is a blood thinner i would think that would be bad ? I wouldn't know though never had a problem with blood pressure before.

For safety tho not better or made any progress by thurs he says ill have my baby this weekend....

Kinda scares me cuz i dont want to have a c section or anything bad happen.

I’ve had it with all three of my pregnancies. At my appt yesterday my doctor told me to take baby aspirin with my Prenatal’s to help keep my blood pressure down also.
