@sdestiny16, I know I’m only 18 weeks but, I’m terrified to go into labor I’m so scared for the day to come 🤷🏻‍♀️

@baskettball15, Honestly I haven't even done it yet so I can't tell you much 😂, the only advice I really have for labor is schedule a hospital tour so you know what you're getting into. Pre-register so you don't have a bunch of bs to sign while going through a contraction lol. Peppermint oil helps for nausea, and create your birth plan. As far as pain management goes I'm gonna try different positions to labor in and when the final moment comes.

I was 18 with my first. I’m now 20 with my second. Labor is not bad at all. Especially with an epidural. The worst is feeling like you have to poop that’s all. Epidurals also don’t hurt as much as one might say. Simply because they put numbing spray on there and as soon as they insert the epidural it starts releasing small amounts of the numbing medication so you don’t feel anything right away. Pushing is easy too. Just have a good motivator. My motivation to make me push out my daughter was a Mc Donald’s sweet tea. I ended up pushing her out in 14 minutes. Always stay calm and don’t tense up you’ll be alright.
