My son was the same! His doctors just said rub it, but it’ll naturally round back out

You can always ask the pediatrician about it too.

He should be fine. I was in labor for almost 36 hours. Somebody did not want to let go. My husband said he looked like a football or potato head. His head is fine now, he just has a big one lol

My niece has a giant cone head and it rounded out within a month so 2. It's fine. No need to do anything to it

You don't have to do anything to it. A cone head is normal. Baby's heads are soft because the bones haven't hardened yet. That's why they are able to pass thru the birth canal. It will form properly on its own. Tell those people they need to educate themselves before giving unwanted, stupid advice.

@kartersmommyy, exactly lol my mom tried to tell me that too and now look my son has a perfect head 😂 I never take anyone’s advice unless I ask for it

@nessairieray, thanks girl! i know babies came out cone headed i didn’t think i needed to do anything about it bc it would go back on its own, people need to leave my baby alone! lol

That is a lie!! My son had a cone head so did my daughter and it went away on its own gosh people need to just leave you alone and let you enjoy your newborn

Oh man. I would slap whoever is saying that. It will go back to normal on its own. The skull doesn’t completely fuse itself until after birth. Girl, your baby is perfect. Tell your family to leave him alone. lol. ☺️

Sleeping on the back is the best way. But you also have to be careful of flattening his head... lol
