Anyone have the nexplanon implant and still get their period? How different is it with the implant vs. without the implant? If that makes sense

Moms have you heard??? Those birth control implants that goes on ur arm its going to be banned idk why didn't see most of the news I think whoever has that implanted already has to be removed

I had it before I got pregnant. I had to get it removed. I hated it. Made my already heavy periods extreme!

@twinmomma2b, mine are already extreme like emergency room worthy. Now it’s so light and I get NO cramps but I was hoping it would only last a couple days lol

@noahs.mommy omg your lucky! My sister had pains but never had a period and when she did it was for like 2 days and quit.

@twinmomma2b, I’m quite pleased with it 😂 it’s funny because my periods are SO bad like I said and when I was 14 I think, my mom asked my dr if a low dose of birth control would help and she said yeah(I never went on it) but after I had my son I went on the pill and it did NOTHING for me I was like wtf

I just had my son 3 months ago and had my 1st pp period at 6 weeks so I got on Nexplanon at 7 weeks pp. I have had no period, no spotting, no cramps. I'm actually 24 days late. When I first had it 3 years ago my periods completely stopped from day 1 of insertion. The whole year I was on it no periods so hoping this is the case so far
