where the epidural went in is making my back so sore😩 everything is sore. my body is sore. childbirth is no joke, natural or c-section😳 how do we go through so much pain
So my milk came in over night basically 😖 my boobs are so sore and bulging out . Anything to help them not be so sore 😔

3 months after my csection & I have the worst back spasms, & back pain. But I'd do it all over for my boy💙

I had back pains after I had a c-section for about a year! It will get greater later though. I believe those are just the effects of having a epidural😔.

@megankruke, @kamsmom, yes my back is so so sore from the epidural, i’m scared i’m gonna break my back if i move too fast 😂

Lol😂 it won’t break but it will definitely be sore for awhile. Once you are able to bathe again, soak in some nice warm water with epson salt and bubbles, it will make your back feel so much better. You will have to keep this as a routine though.

The spot on my back where it went in still hurts now and then. Especially lately with the drastic change in weather. My whole lower back feels like it's being stabbed and twisted..... 😩

It'll go away in about a week. Mine hurt pretty bad too like I got punched really good and pulled a muscle.
