Completely feel your pain, couldn’t roll over in bed either without nearly crying with the pain in my pelvis. Have you tried using a hot water bottle?x

I haven't got one and I know I woke up and was crying last night in so much pain im still lied on my side in bed xx

Aww huni same here I just waiting for midwife phone me n I fed up it to n use pillow or cushion when u roll over help me sometimes and try bend down to much xx

I have tried using pillows and it's not doing anything for me, I'm really uncomfortable and don't know what to do and I know I m getting fed up now hahaha xx
