Okay so i found that my son is having a really hard time pooping after changing him to whole milk he cries cause he cant push it out .. anything i Can do to make it easy for him ?!

I had that problem with my kids. I took them off whole milk.
Maybe switch milk? Give him raisins, grapes or prunes?
