I tried it and it didn’t seem to make a huge difference for me, and it tastes terrible. You could try fenugreek though, you can get them at I believe walmart, it’s just little vitamins. Fenugreek is suppose to boost your supply
nah, and it taste weird to me. if it does for anyone it's coincadence. only thing that helped me was I stopped missing feedings and just nursed on demand.

No, it contains fenugreek which cause gi issues in mom and baby as well as hypoglycemia

My cousin said it worked for her. I found that jus staying hydrated and reLeasing every couple hours rather its feeding the baby r pumping

Didn't work for me. It actually dried me up more. And the taste was horrible.
