I've been having contractions since 5 this morning I thought they would've stopped by now.. idk if this is active labor or false labor

Download a contraction timer and time every time you have a contraction. When they get 3-5 min apart consistently then it’s the real deal!

@teamtaylor_ it sounds like active labor to be. They say to go in when they are between 3 to 5 minutes apart.
