I wouldn't. When I tried that with my son the oatmeal cereal got stuck in the bottle and he wasn't getting any. And I think 4 weeks is too young.

Cereal is usually used for babies with severe acid reflux. Some believe it fills them up, but it’s really just empty calories and a choking hazard at the end of the day. However, your baby, your decisions.
