How do i build my milk supply up..im pumping not even close to alot of milk
Sounds good i took mothers tea today seeped it real good nd pump ill power pump starting tommoro
Breastfeeding is 100% supply and demand. You demand more milk and the supply will come. But you dont want to feed the freezer with a stash. The milk you make today your child needs today 🤗
He is getting enough, dont doubt yourself. Breastfed babies just need more because it is 100% absorbed. Make sure you are pacefeeding with a bottle when you do feed that way and if you want additional supply, pump while breastfeeding!
@beemommyof3 i need something to help my milk supply increase
@beemommyof3 my milk supply took a week to finally fully come in when i had the baby ..it use to swell up so bad it leaked now its barely alot ..i finally gt my pump nd my son act like he's not getting enough milk
You need 1 to 1.5 ounce per hour while away from baby so for an 8 hour work day you would need 8 to 12 ounces of milk
It is always great in the beginning. Our bodies oversupply at birth. That is normal. It is now adjusting to exactly what baby needs
@beemommyof3 i will be in 2 weeks yes im trying to keep breastfeeding nd get my supply up it was good in beginning
How much are you pumping and how often? Do you breastfeed or exclusively pumping?. When it comes to breastmilk they dont need much per feeding.
What are you trying to accomplish. Are you going back to work or something like that?
What age did you start giving your kids flavored milk?
Whole milk vs organic milk?
Which is better?
Is soy formula milk better than enfamil formula (cows milk)?
Im trying to be vegetarian and dont want my 3 month old drinking cows milk anymore. Would it be okay to switch??
So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!

The best chocolate milk in the world.
@beemommyof3 i will take that advice thanks love
