i have fallen asleep breastfeeding twice now & baby ends up sleeping in my bed with me.. please tell me i’m not alone on…

@ibirthgreatness, yeah, i’m pretty lucky in regards to how long he sleeps! i feel like this may be the best route to have a good night’s sleep for the both of us

@agrace15, at a month old that’s pretty awesome to be sleeping that long in between feeds .

@agrace15, he just started sleeping longer throughout the night . I just woke him up to eat because my boobs felt full. He stayed sleep as he ate . He went to sleep around 10. But yea if he is snuggled close then my body heat keeps him sleep longer but it’s not to much of a difference now . but before sleeping through the night he was up EVERY TWO HOURS LOL 😂

@ibirthgreatness, he’s currently still sleeping & it’s been 4 hours. the first time he slept in my bed he slept way longer than he normally would as well. it kind of

makes me super eager to attempt co sleeping lol. does your baby sleep longer in your bed than when he sleeps in his bed?

@agrace15, no that shouldn’t have him not wanting to go to anyone else . The biggest issue with co sleeping is getting them out of your bed later on lol ( much later on of course ) but even if he is in your room that’s good too. He doesn’t have to be in your bed . It’s all up to you mama

@ibirthgreatness, my son spits up so much. i have a napper in my room that he sleeps in at night & just about every morning it has spit up in it & most of the time, it’ll stick to his face from the napper & it strings when i pull him out. i really want to co sleep but i’m worried he won’t go to anyone else since i go back to work in march & he will be with grandma & grandpa or daddy everyday

@agrace15, yes never had a problem with that. I love co sleeping to be honest . He has acid reflux, so he spits up a lot . Sometimes he chocks on it and it comes out of his nose . Sometimes you can hear him loudly or it can be quite . If he were in his room I’d be scared to have him in there alone. We have a camera but if it’s a quite throw up then I wouldn’t hear him to help him. With him being right in my bed any movement or sound I’m right on it . Almost every spit up he has to be suctioned and or flip to help him . It’s sad to watch him go through

@ibirthgreatness, how is co sleeping for you? does he still go to other people for them to hold him & such?

Nope not at all but we already co sleep but he has a sleeper in my bed . But middle of the night feedings he’s rarely in it if I’m extremely tired
