Throwing up, fever, diarrhea, light headed, body aches. Can’t breathe! Horrible cough! Hubby tested positive for flu an gave it to me ): I feel horrible! Any suggestions to make riding this out any easier?! 36 weeks

My daughters dr won’t give her meds for reflux. Told us to start putting a little rice cereal in her breast milk. I’ve heard it’s a horrible choking hazard & causes horrible horrible constipation! Have any of you mommy’s used it?
