Dear moms I have question.I m drinking once a day coffee with milk (most of the time decaf)and tea.
Is’t ok to have both in the same day morning and at night?

@mary8880, I went the first trimester suffering with headaches and horrible horrible sensitivity to everything ! Then my husband and I went to the doctor and I told her I’m trying to stay away from coffee and she said why !! I said I don’t have too she said no way why suffer just be sure you don’t over do it
@ccancilla3, Yessss ,especially for me I love tea and coffee.It s good that can drink at least one cup of tea and one cup of decaf coffee 😬

@ccancilla3, Ohhh i feel u dear.I still have frequent headaches (migraine)so my doctor suggested me too,to take
2 Tylenol ,coffee and turn off the light 💡☺️
