Why in the hell do I get a pulsating pain in my head every time I sit back down?! Whether I’m up for 5 seconds or for an hour. And the longer I’m up then I get the same pulsating pain in my lower back. 😭😭😭
I didn’t get an epidural, but I did get a spinal for getting my tubes tied. I really hope it didn’t fuck up my back.

@heera, girlfriend you’re the brave one!! Having him naturally solidified my decision to tie my tubes even further. I had no time for the epidural. Woke up at about 3-3:30 am and he was born at 4:42. Lol.

Yea especially since you’ve had an epidural in the past that doesn’t help lol I’m so sorry your in pain tho. Really try and get that second heating pad. I’ve never gotten one bcuz i refuse to deal with all of the possible aftermath risks. You are brave lol

@heera, I’ll definitely have to get my own heating pad cause there’s only one that kinda circulates around the house (5 adults). Well it’s just crazy cause I had an epidural with my first two. But my son came too quickly for me to be able to get the epidural. When I went in to labor and delivery I was at 9cm and 10 minutes (and a lot of screaming) later he’s born. Lol. He was an ounce short of 9 pounds. And my first two were 6lbs1oz and 7lb1oz. Dx
I mean, it’s really gonna ruin things if my back is messed up. They have me hydrocodone for the pain of having my tubes tied but I’ve found myself taking it for my back more than anything else.

Unfortunately a spinal tap is similar to an epidural. So yes it’s possible you could end up with back problems. Since you just recently had the baby that pain could possibly fade but you could end up with lifelong back issues. I’ve never ever had a spinal or an epidural but have friends that always complain to me that they wish they never got an epidural. And for my friends that have had spinals they tell me the same thing. Not ALL of them but most of them. I’m told a heating pad helps sometimes.
