I’m absolutely shocked at the way my mam has been I’ll treat by the NHS. Does anybody know how I can formally complain. It’s left my mam broken 😢
RANT....... my mum came with me too my twenty week scan in the hope we'd find out the gender etc me and oh agreed that his mum would come to the 4d scan, but my mam wasnt allowed in the room with us for the gender scan but hes adament that his mum is still coming to the 4d scan in two weeks because hes paying for it and he doesnt care that my mam never had the experience (his words). its my mams 1st grandchild but not his mams and i dont think its fair, its not my fault his brothers wife is a twat who never involved his mam in anything from a kick to the shower or the birth or even seeing her more than once a month, but my oh uses it against me if i want to involve my mam in anything. hes even said that he will do what he wants and is buying his mam extra photos of the scan and tellin me he doesnt "give a fuck" about my mam. im so upset and seriously considering just doing everything completely on my own even without him. do you think im overreacting ladies?

@tremzini I know my mum's absolutely not her any more and she been treated not right aswell it angers and kills me I've actually grieved over my mum because in my eyes it's not her anymore xx
