@natalie.louise89, honestly The was she’s been treat is horrific. My Aunty is on the phone to her nurse and I’m trying to find out how to complain. You know my mam is usually a tough cookie but this has literally destroyed her xxx

@tremzini I know my mum's absolutely not her any more and she been treated not right aswell it angers and kills me I've actually grieved over my mum because in my eyes it's not her anymore xx
