It gets a little easier over time. My first child’s father and I spilt when he was 1. Now my son is 7, and his dad and I only communicate when it’s about our child. I have zero romantic feelings for him now.

It's hard and it will take time but your main focus is that baby so eventually you won't even care what happens as long as your baby is good. @myboys1962
