@lavender13 I had researched and known what membrane sweeping was but doc didn't really ask while she was doing a cervical check she kinda just did it then said spotting and cramping is normal see you next week XD
Yesterday I was exactly 39w. I was also 4cm dilated though so it was really easy for her to do. It varies doctor to doctor, and if you do it, start walking or walking stairs and don't stop until it's dark out. That should hopefully make it more effective. Not fun though!

Got my membranes swept today and OUCHIE Been spotting all day no regular contractions but Lordy it doesn't feel good
