I need a little help with potty training my son. Can you mama's tell me somethings that you do to get the potty training going? My son will be 2 next month and I have been potty training the last couple of days. I put him in underwear while we are at home and let him run around without a pull up on for a little bit. When he goes pee in the potty he gets really excited but he poops on the floor. Can you ladies give me some advice?

My daughter has been pooping in her potty since she was 7 months old. I used to always be able to tell when she's about to poop, either from the face she makes or the sounds. So I would rush her to her potty and have her poop in there instead of her diaper. Now it's a routine for us, I take her to her potty each morning around the same time and sit her and she will poop.
