@rogue, that's really the only reason to do it because The kids never remember, but I got so many pics and videos to show them. My 15 year old still flips through his first birthday album.

It’s no since I’m going all the way out how I originally planned. Cause I did with my daughter and she don’t remember a thing. Luckily I have it on video.

Yep! Family and friends at my grandmas house

I had huge first birthday parties for both my boys but street that it was just daycare /school parties.

I had a lil something at home with my household and God parents etc.. Nothing big for none of my kids. Second year I increase in ppl as they have daycare or playdate friends etc. They don't understand so party is mainly for us and pics got them later. My kids get big party's at age 5 kindergarten class and family invite with entertainment. Then 8,10,13,16, 18 I just give monetary gift and he invited his best friend over as we went out for dinner had a beer too lol..

Yep ! I had my 1yr old the biggest birthday party I've ever had for any of the kids cause she's my only summer baby. It was unicorn themed... we had pools, bounce house, face painting, balloons, and snow cone machine.
