Last summer the family I nanny for went away for 2 weeks and I stayed at their house and dog/house sat for them. They asked me to do it again this year...knowing i’ll have a 3-4 month old baby...like what?

Girl I’m a nanny too and these people really don’t care at all that I have a baby at home and when I was pregnant girllllll they made me come to work under any conditions 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

@missheatherbaby, omg. I know right. half of the time she works from home and i’m getting 3 hours of sleep between having to be there at 6am and waking up every hour to pee and being uncomfortable. I get there at 6am for her to be watching tv on the couch. like why

@jtaylorg, I literally just left a family I had been with for 3 years and went to a new family because they didn’t give a fuck about my life outside of work. I was so tired working a ton of hours. Now I’m working 30 hours and I feel great.

@missheatherbaby, good for you! haha. I feel like I shouldn’t even complain compared to where I came from before. working for a family with FIVE kids 40-50 hours a week the parents didn’t do ANYTHING so I did laundry for all 5 kids and both the parents had to clean up after all of them drive the kids everywhere take them to doctors appointments and they only paid me $15 an hour.

@jtaylorg, noooooooo! You need to get a new job. I am a twin nanny always so I always have twins but they paid me $1200 a week before I left.
