When’s the earliest you can find out the gender with U/S?

I found out at 12 weeks 4 Days

I found out at 15 weeks but I know someone how had a vaginal ultrasound at week 13 and found out gender

I was told 15 weeks and that’s when I found out and it was confirmed at 20 weeks.
