Who’s bounced on an exercise ball to help baby move down lower? Did it work? how long did you do it for?

I did, for about 20 minutes for 2 days.. & went into labor

@jamierichards361, how much were you dilated before?

I did it while in labor and it was a great exercise to help with bringing baby down and it felt good

@lesleyandjustinsimpson, thank you I’m trying to get him to move down before they induce me.

@mariemaverick, yeah my baby girl wouldn’t and it sucked!! I pushed for over an hour 😫

@lesleyandjustinsimpson, oh wow yeah my last baby she wouldn’t go down i got stuck on 7cm dilated for hours until i got the epidural then my body relaxed and she went down fast. She had a concussion from dropping into the birth canal so hard and fast. Her nose was bruised and she popped a lot of blood vessels in her face.

@lesleyandjustinsimpson, yeah she still looked beautiful but i felt bad. so I’m trying to avoid that happening again.

That’s why he nose looked swollen and red. Can’t really see it in this picture but she had all these red dots by her eyes and nose.

1 almost 2cm! But i was 90% effaced
