My son has these little rough patches, does any of y’all know what it might be??? He has really pale sensitive skin so I’m thinking 💭 it could just be that . Can’t get him in to the doctor until February but I bought this stuff and it seems to be working

Could definitely be eczema or "wind chap", not necessarily from being in the wind but also from lack of moisture in the air. Regardless the aveeno will help moisturize it!
