Swimming pools are great for pregnant women! Just no saunas or hot tubs that would RAISE your body temp

@mary8880 Swimming pools are safe. I would steer away from heated pools and hot tubs/jacuzzis though. Serious bacteria in those and not recommended by doctor's.
