@magickal_mama1418, yes. My 4 week ultrasound all I could see was a little tent tiny black blob. You could hardly see anything.

@nessairieray, oh ok. I found out I was pregnant when I was about 3 weeks I think and it the bleeding was touch and go right up until the end of my first trimester. I know a friend of mine had her period up until she was 5 months pregnant! Really unusual but apparently can happen. I think it’s best if you mention it to your doc when you go. They’ll know more...I just have my experience to go on!

@nessairieray go to the doctor and tell them you want a blood test to check the exact level of hcg in your body, and that you want another one done on Friday to compare levels. They can tell you on Friday if the hcg levels are rising the way they should. That's really all they'll be able to do at this point. 4 weeks is too early to see much on ultrasound.

@nessairieray Jesus, it was worse than mild. Like I legitimately thought I was miscarrying because of how intense the cramps were.

@magickal_mama1418, omg yes my period was due 2 days ago and the spotting started yesterday but it’s only when I wipe so it’s not enough to fill a pad I just want to stop completely lol did you have mild cramping too?

@nessairieray I thought that too, but I spotted a teeny tiny bit like 3 days after my period was due. It was just one time when I went to the bathroom, but if course I freaked out. I called my doctor and had to beg his nurses to work me in for a blood test. They were so unconcerned. Lol. It's more common than what women think. Just call your doctor and explain what's going on and say that you're really upset about it and that it would put your mind at ease to come in and make sure nothing is wrong. Hang in there, don't panic💖

Implantation bleeding is what that sounds like. :)

@zerrin, how long did the spotting take place? I found out I was pregnant 2 days before my period was due so right now it would be too late for implantation right

It could be normal...the spotting. I had spotting in my early weeks of my pregnancy and my doc said it was totally normal. It’s called implantation bleeding where the egg implants itself in the lining of the uterus.

@ksparks18, I waited and looked right now it’s getting darker but with my son the line was super dark that’s why I panicked right now I hope everything is okay I don’t have a doctor yet I just hope the spotting goes away thank you so much for reassuring me ☺️

@nessairieray, My lines got darker after a few minutes.

I know someone who spotted their entire 1st trimester , I do not think you should be concerned unless your are passing blood clots and have pain.

If you are worried you should go to the doctor just got that extra clarification that everything is okay.

No it does not mean that.

You may not have enough HCG yet , the lines will get darker. A line is a line no matter how dark
