Any other mommies getting random headaches throughout the day during their first trimester? I always seem to get them in the afternoon and then as soon as I go to bed 🙄 was up for an hour last night at 330am cause of my stupid headaches and you can’t take any pain killers for it..

I get headaches all the time started getting worse and worse now that I’m in my second trimester. Try drinking more water with lemon and if you can nap often a hour at a time rather than just trying for a full night.

I was getting really bad headaches during my first three months of pregnancy. They haven’t gone away fully but they don’t come as often as they did.

I wear glasses (not sure if you do) and I found if I was wearing them to long or not long enough that would effect my headaches. Also I would have to wear my hair up for work so I found that it was pulling to tight and causing head aches, try leaving your hair down or in a lose pony tail.

I also had to really increase my water intake and I found having a nap throughout the day if that’s possible for you helps. Another thing I was taking my prenatal vitamins in the morning not on a very full stomach and that would cause really bad sickness and headaches you could always try switching them to after lunch or before bed when you eat a heavier meal. That could help as well.
