Ladies I'm worried a little bit I just fell but I landed on my knees caught myself with my hands but I'm worried about the baby my body feels fine my stomach feels fine should I worry I don't want him to be hurt any advice would be awesome plzz ty
- You’re good. Just relax and listen to your baby and body.
- Don’t stress too much then.. your body is built to protect your baby. But for sure count some kicks, ease your mind. And be careful! I used to fall all the time. Especially towards the end. I actually fell down my stairs twice, then my partner moved us.
My leg kinda bumped it cuz of the way I fell but not hard and no contact with the floor
Lay down on your left side, drink something cold, and do kick counts. If baby kicks 10 times in an hour then you should be fine
